Customer Login

Customers usually log into BMC FootPrints Service Core from the same page as internal users. 

Note

This example is for a Unique Read/Submit Customer user.  Please contact your BMC FootPrints Service Core administrator for more information on your account.

To log in to BMC FootPrints Service Core:

1. Using the web browser, go the BMC FootPrints Service Core URL that your administrator gave you or follow the links from the corporate portal or company's web site.
2. Log in with the unique customer ID and password.  Depending on the options chosen by the administrator, the ID and password may have been assigned to you, you may have created them yourself, or they may be the same as your network ID and password.  Please check with your administrator for more information if you are uncertain as to which method you should use.
3. The BMC FootPrints Service Core Homepage is displayed.
